Classic kitchen concept

Classic Kitchen Designing requires insight into the past, as well as prior experience & strong taste in a variety of kitchen designs.

With kitchens spanning different eras, where are nuances & methods that vary between the decade’s classic kitchens were built-in, and the suburbs they were contained within.

Select Kitchens prides itself on the diligent research we have undertaken, in learning what these fundamental stylistic building blocks are.

Looking at kitchens within the local suburbs like Ashburton, Malvern, Camberwell, Kew, Caulfield, we understand the varied kitchen classic styles & know how to translate these into classic kitchen renovations plans.

Knowing where styles have evolved is part of the magic of classic kitchen designing

Hamptons style kitchens come from The Hampton’s in Suffolk Country, Long Island in New York City.

It’s an American interpretation of a blend between Baroque, Rococo and Empire design styles.

Where Classic traditional kitchen styles diverge from Hampton Style Kitchens, lies in slight variations in door profiles and colours changes. This differentiation is subtle to the untrained eye, and requires markedly different choices, to support the overall look and feel.

Also, the complimentary accessories & appliances such as kitchen island, kitchen pantry, kitchen cabinets or kitchen benchtops will be custom-made in our factory, matching the overall tone of the concept

If a classic style kitchen does not suit your home, Select Kitchen also have other ranges that will definitely fit your home. Check our Hampton Style kitchen or French Provincial concept kitchen in our inspiration section.
